Those photos were taken few weeks ago when we went to the City. We headed to our fave bookstore and going there with my tot is quite enjoyable. Well, maybe because she has an apparent interest on books just like me. And by that, we have a common interest and a reason to get more bonding moments for the love of books. We stayed there for as long as she can, then we roamed around The Fort and took some pictures of us, as I always do.

How to Choose the Right Color According to Your Skin Tone

Haven't you notice even once that no matter how fabulous the dress someone is wearing, still it doesn't fit right? Something is really wrong that you begin to wonder what it is and then after a keen observation you suddenly realized the color of the dress that someone is wearing is quite unsuitable to her/his skin tone.

A lot of us sometimes is a victim of this, we set aside the importance of giving a consideration whether the color of our outfits matches our skin color. Perhaps, we failed to notice it because we are more focused on feeling comfortable with the clothes we wear and then we think that's more important.

But hey, would you feel comfortable still if you happen to know you have a poor color combination?

Know the Perfect Jeans for You

How do you know if you are wearing the right jeans for you?

Here are some tips in finding the perfect jeans for your body type.

Straight with no curves- try to wear boot cut jeans to create an illusion of curves, it offers slim and elongating effect for balancing curves. This is also will look good on plus size figure as it can provide a longer and leaner look.

A person with short legs- straight leg jeans is for you. The same width at leg opening as well as the knees and thighs will have an effect of you looking taller and leaner. Match it up with high heeled shoes.

If you have a good figure- wear a skinny jeans to have a sexy slim fitting look. However, it doesn't look good for those who has a fuller figure.

If your legs are too long- then try to wear narrow leg jeans with mid rise to create a balance between top and bottom. Go for flare jeans if you want to draw away attention from hips and thighs.

For short waist- look for trouser style jeans which have a low waist and small pockets with flat front that will give a longer look to your body.

For long waist- go for regular high-rise jeans.

With no butt- try to wear jeans with button pockets or flap.

With wide butt- look for boot-cut or straight leg jeans with the pocket closely set.

Hair is a woman's crowning glory and thus it needs proper care. Of all the products that promises healthy, bouncy and shiny hair, are you aware that there are practical remedies to achieve that?

Brush your hair before washing it. This way you'll remove any dirt from your hair.
Massage your scalp gently massage will boost your circulation.

Always Moisturize your hair
Rinse Best way to rinse your hair is by using vinegar, if possible apple vinegar. Rinsing helps your hair shine.
Water Try to use mildly cold water. Finish, if possible, with cold water, this will close the cuticles.
Drying your hair Let your hair dry naturally. Squeeze the water, and then use a towel to blot your hair. This way you'll have a moisturized, healthy hair.
Hairbrush Do not use a hairbrush until your hair is dry; the wet hair can be easily damaged. Avoid plastic hairbrushes; hair will probably end up in knots
