I'm Craving for this....
Mom cooked this for Christmas eve and I was lucky to have it tasted when we came home from spending Christmas with my ILs.
Looking at the photos make me drool and crave. :)
Ingredients:
4 lbs leftover Lechon or Lechon kawali
3 cups Lechon sauce (follow the link for our homemade authentic Lechon sauce recipe)
2 cups beef stock
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 large onions, chopped
1 teaspoon whole peppercorn
8 pieces dried bay leaves
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cups vinegar
3/4 cups sugar
salt to taste
Directions:
Heat a cooking pot and pour-in the beef stock. Bring to a boil.
Put-in the garlic and onions then cook until the texture becomes soft.
Add the whole peppercorns, dried bay leaves, and soy sauce.
Put-in the leftover Lechon and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.
Add the vinegar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the sugar and Lechon sauce then simmer for another 5 minutes.
Dash-in some salt to taste then stir.
Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
Serve hot with rice. Share and enjoy!

Seriously this Time
So I mustered the courage to delete my two blogs with PR1. I merged them all here because what's in there were memorable and I have spent times writing them and I don't want them gone to waste.
This time, I decided to make this blog a money-making one. Because just in case you don't know, all my blogs in one of my account are just for past time. Yes, I have tried to registered it to some sites where I can earn money somehow, but it wasn't my priority then. I have neglected offers and my other accounts were already suspended.
I guess its high time for me to consider my so called past time to be a way to make some money. And that ain't bad at all, right? Just try and we will see what comes next there.
Now I am looking for ways how to optimized or monetized this blog.
I'm careful this time joining affiliate programs because I joined too many before and my AdSense account got suspended.
If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment. Thank you so much!

Project 366 | Week One
I am excited to join Project 366 this year. I wasn't able to join last year because I was so behind already that's why I decided to wait for this year's round.
So what are we waiting for, let's get it on!
For this week's prompt is: Fresh Start.
I got here sunset. I have no sunrise photo. As the sun sets, all that happened at a certain point in a day should stay there. We shouldn't bring it again for the coming day or days to come. Because as the sun ascend, it promises a new start and beginning...
We spent the new year just the three of us plus my kiddo. Dad passed away last September and my sister is working abroad already. We're not complete but we're still happy though. Life must go on, though sometimes its so heartbreaking to remember those times when we are still together.
I went to my college university to get my school records. Then after, I also headed to my hubby's school to get his records as well. It was wonderful going back to where I spent four years of my life. Memories flashed back.
On my way home, I brought with me my book. I realized I have plenty of books to read yet. And this is one of them. I bought this maybe last early last year and I wasn't able to read it. Hope to finished this soon.
This has been the scenario when I entered the house after washing our clothes. I thought I am all done with my chores, but this mess pushed me to clean the house once more..
And this young lady here knows already how to put hairband and pony tail alone. She's growing independently now....
And finally I got my tot's passport already...
Sorry about the quality of my other photos, it was only taken using my camera phone....
Anyway, how was your week?

Purple Christmas Tree
This was taken at Manila Ocean Park last December.
Imagine how I took this photos. I really had the hard time capturing it whole :))

At Italianni's
Me and my Kumare dated last December at Italianni's in Glorietta. It's been several months already the last time we saw each other.
It's nice seeing friends especially during holiday season. We only became friends when they asked hubby to be their son's godfather. His husband was a former work/roommate of hubby and we began talking through Facebbok and YM. And the friendship blooms from there.
And our choice of food:
Tropicale for our pizza...
And Penne Arabiatta for our pasta..
It was a good choice, I love the pasta more because it was hot and it tasted so good. The kind of food I want to eat again and again. In fact, I looked for the recipe last time, been planning to cook it myself. :)
