We Called it Bonding Time

My friend since college days and now became my Kumare, dragged me to Posh Nails the last time we've met. It has been ages the last time we bonded together. My other two friends aren't here in the country, so only the two of us.

Don't you love Posh Nails?
Because I'm  already loving it. I love their theme, combination of pink and lavender. So girly and so comfortable. Plus the service is quite good.

me doing a wacky, and my Kumare striked a sweet smile

happy feet!
Now you see how ugly my feet, haha! I got it colored green, for a change. Well,it was a bonding activity worth doing again...

Pink Theme for Christmas

A pink theme for Christmas?

Not bad and the moment I saw this corner full of pink decors at Manila Ocean Park, I have thought of Pink Christmas next time.

Isn't it lovely?

And oh, this blog needs pampering. If its not too much to ask, would you mind following this too? I will appreciate it so much... Thank you!

Oh My la Senza

This was my surprise gift from hubby.

I was rushing to be at Active Play last Saturday because I was out with my Kumare for a date. And the family will be having a Christmas dinner at that time. I'm glad I was able to make it before the said dinner. So when I was in the play house already, my SIL handed me the paper bag and told me it was from her Kuya. Wow, so I said thank you. Prior to that, on my way to the venue, I was thinking if hubby ever thought of any surprise for me and for her little girl. But I dismissed the thought, expecting and getting disappointed is kinda painful. haha!

I never dared ask hubby if its his idea. Or my MIL or SIL's idea, buying these:

But nevertheless, I love it! And the size is just right! hahaha! I've been wanting to buy a piece from la Senza for ages, but because its too pricey, I wasn't able to! Now, its like a dream come true already!

The feeling of being surprised?

A sheer bliss!

Thank you hubby!

Lunch at Tokyo Cafe

My kid is a food critic, well that's according to her grandma (my MIL). When we went to Mall of Asia to have lunch during their field trip, this young lady dragged me inside of Tokyo Cafe. Obviously it wasn't her first time there. She's been there couple of times already. And yes, maybe she knows the food at heart.

Well, what can I do but to surrender to her whim. :)

I ordered a glass of lemon ice tea for her drink.

My favorite pasta with mushroom and shrimp. Pardon me, I forgot what it is called. :(

And she ordered this burger with fries for herself.

The foods were superb as always. And looking forward to taste all their yummy foods.

Mall Rat Gone Shopping for Clothes

This little lady is undeniably a certified mall rat. I guess it runs in the blood too ;) I am fortunate that she isn't the type who whine a lot while in the mall unlike other kids.

But this mall rat of mine, sheessshh... she loves it so much.

She always had fun whenever we go out like last time. She tried on different clothes and shoes. And she chose what we bought.

I say, she has a fashion sense. She always picked those expensive stuffs. Yaayy!

Now that's what I call one of the few disadvantage of bringing her to the mall. lol

Shopping for Shoes

My little girl went shopping last week. We looked for a dress and shoes for their upcoming party which will be held next week.

She tried on different shoes but was disappointed later on because her size wasn't available already.

We roamed once again hoping to find another pair. But unfortunately, nothing comes her size. It's either big or too small for her.

Just imagine how my little girl's face, she went home with a frown.

Loot of the Month

I'm taking it back when I said on my previous post I haven't gone shopping this month. lol
I saw these photos and I suddenly remember I went to the mall first week of this month.

Sheessshhh...

What I looted at that time were these two pairs of Barbie shoes for my little lady.

I was fortunate to be in the mall during their SALE. So yeah, I grabbed the opportunity to purchased them.

I bought them for only 200Php each, the original price was between 500-600Php.

It was a great buy and I saved a lot.

And good thing I bought the right size because Sasha's in the city at that time.

Whew!

I really love SALE :)

Foot Scrub

Don't you just love Watson's?

I do.  Because the store seems to have everything or every girl needs when it comes to beauty essentials and it also has pharmacy that makes it like a one-stop shop already.

And what I want more is when the store is on sale. I feel like grabbing everything, hehe! Especially if their promo is buy one take one, oh boy! I will definitely go home with a bag-full of stuffs from Watson's.

Anyway, here's what I got the last time I visited their store here in the province. Since I don't have the time to go to salon for foot spa, I bought a foot scrub instead. So whenever I feel like scrubbing my feet, I can do it anytime I want. And I just love the effects on my feet  after applying it. It becomes smooth and soft to feel... You must try it too.. :)

Related to the topic, don't you know we can actually use sugar as scrub? Of course I'm sure majority of you heard about it already.

Anyway, instead of buying products for foot scrub why not try brown sugar as substitute and enjoy the many benefits it offers...

Skin Moisturizer

  • Unlike a salt scrub, sugar scrubs do not dry the skin. A sugar scrub is alpha-hydroxy rich. Alpha-hydroxy is an active substance with exfoliating and emollient properties.

Will Not Clog Pores

  • Sugar scrubs will not clog the pores and are safe to use on children. They are healing for individuals who suffer from eczema and psoriasis.

Gentle Brown Sugar

  • Brown sugar scrubs are especially gentle and can even be used on the face or on individuals who have particularly sensitive skin.

Non-abrasive

  • Sugar scrubs are non-abrasive and can be used frequently. They help to restore and moisturize the skin. Sugar is a humectant, which means it cannot draw moisture out of the skin like a salt scrub can.

Get An Even Tan

  • When tanning, sugar scrubs help remove flaky skin on elbows, knees, and feet, giving a more even, all-over tan, especially when using a tanning service.

Purchase or Make Your Own

  • Sugar scrubs are found readily in department and health-food stores. They may also be prepared from scratch at home. www.ehow.com

My Girl is so Kikay!

If that's the right term for it.. :)

It happens that her school required them to bring a box with baby powder, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, extra shirt and short, tissue, towel and we added alcohol and cologne in it too.

And of course, she wants it all PINK!

Sheeesss...

And so when we went shopping for her stuffs, we made sure to have everything pink if possible.

And she also brought slippers and place mat too...Good thing 168 Mall is already here in our place. Just imagine if all of it were original!

I will be busted!
